With the rapid increase of compute intensive tasks and workload, need hour is to manage total workload due resource constraints increased cost. For complex computations where multiple computer systems are required execute a single task such as in federated cloudlet environment, load balancing main challenge. Load means divide between all member nodes get maximum benefits from environment. A resourceful that coupled Internet accessible mobile devices vicinity. Cloudlet Federation concept cooperative framework share resources among various cloudlets. Different consume different amount energy for their execution results large heat dissipation. Due heat, performance decreased. The more degradation, so it becomes very vital keep consumption minimum possible. To address this problem, paper proposes novel scheduling strategy will distribute environment balancing. proposed methodology not only considers level system on which has be executed but also by queue. tested show an improved terms consumption.
